Curious Critters to me represents all that can go right with a self-published book. The author invested time, energy and money into every single aspect of the book. There is nothing that he doesn’t pay attention to. I would call his book and his work a Gold Standard of Excellence.

Starting a publishing company is a non-trivial task. It takes planning, the development of a vision and persistance. It’s frustrating, time-consuming… and about the most fulfilling thing I’ve ever done in my life!

I love Art, Books, Words and Whimsy, so you can imagine how entranced I was by the fascinating little fairy that was striking Edinburgh’s Library and other literary haunts. These stupendously charming little creations popped up unannounced from time to time.
